Why is Michigan Democrat Brenda Clack refusing to allow a vote on a bill that would help children and families?

HB 4564 is a shared parenting legislation bill which has massive amounts of support. Despite this, a single Michigan State Representative by the name of Brenda Clack is refusing to allow a vote on this bill in her committee. Does Brenda Clack support the rich law lobby and certain radical groups? Or will she support children and families? Stop taking this bill 4564 hostage and allow a vote!
